Welcome to the 1004 Gourmet platform. By accessing the platform and/or using the Services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using this Website.
We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes posted will become effective on the website.
Please review the Terms and Conditions carefully. By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) you have ordered.
1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. If the received products differ from the advertised content, the product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned:
- Damaged products after delivery.
- Undergarments, makeup, and other hygienic products for hygiene reasons (unused cosmetic products can be returned or exchanged).
- Products with damaged packaging.
- Products purchased from stores other than 1004 Gourmet.
- Refunds, exchanges, or returns can only be processed at the branch where the product was purchased.
2. Cancellation after Delivery & Payment
Should you wish to cancel or return a product, please contact our online service center at 04 882 9882. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
For cancellations after delivery and cash payment, a cash refund will be provided, and any used points will be returned within 7 working days. All products must be in their original condition. In cases where a correctly delivered item is being returned, delivery charges will not be refunded, and an additional fee of 20 will be incurred for the pick-up and refund process.
3. Credit Card Payment
For credit card payments, the same credit card used for the purchase will be required to receive a refund. It may take up to 14 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account. For inquiries regarding your credit card, please contact your bank.
Similar to cash refunds, if an accurately delivered item is being returned, delivery charges will not be refunded, and a 20 charge will apply for pick-up and refund.
4. Refund and Exchange Policy
1004 Gourmet guarantees exchange, return, and refund as follows: products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. In cases where supplied products differ from the advertised content, the product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
